Everyone talks about how Sherlock must have known he was going to jump, deduced it from the very beginning, and found a way to survive a fall at that height.
But what if he didn’t?
what if he really believed he was going to die?
What if every tear, every word was real?
And he wakes up, stunned, because he truly thought he would die. And that he deserved to die. But being alive, it’s like something out there thought he deserved a second chance.
The universe is big, it’s vast and complicated, and ridiculous. And sometimes, very rarely, impossible things just happen and we call them miracles.
